Depends: Depo-provera is a method of contraception. Thus, chance of conceiving is greater when one discontinues depo-provera compared to being on depo-provera. However, if comparing chance of conceiving before and after taking depo-provera, then fertility is unchanged factoring in age. In other words, one is not more fertile after undergoing depo=provera compared to before going on contraception.
