If you stop the Depo: And have intercourse, you are not protected against pregnancy.

Pregnant any time: Besides abstinence, no other birth control method is 100%. The chance is small, but you can get pregnant while on the pills, iud, Depo-Provera injections etc. In general, the longer you have been on the injection, the longer time it takes to normalize your system and increase chances of pregnancy. So, if are now trying to get pregnant, have fun and good luck. It may happen tonight! :-)).

Get it soon: You should be protected if you get it within a week of when it was due. But the longer you wait, the more at risk for pregnancy you are. If you get it within the next few days, you should be protected. And even with Depo, remember no contraceptive other than abstinence is 100% effective.
