Not the place to ask: You're on some mighty heavy drugs for someone with just "anxiety disorder." I suspect that you're omitting some important details of your psych history. You didn't just wander into a chemist & make an impulse purchase. A doctor Rx'd these drugs for a reason. Discuss this with him/her first & foremost. Making any changes on your own is potentially unpleasant or even dangerous. Don't do it.

Work with prescriber: your are taking this medicine for a reason. Sexual side effects affect fewer than 5%, but you are included in that. You most likely will benefit from different meds for your depression. Then slow weaning from this drug will control any withdrawal effects. Call your prescriber to discuss options, but don't quit on your own

SSRIs: The true incidence of sexual dysfunction is much higher than 5%, as originally reported to the FDA by all drugs like Lexapro (escitalopram). Many patients do not report this to their docs. Explain your issues to your doctor. Alternatives exist!
