Talk to your doctor : This is not an unusual change to make. Talk to your doctor about any symptoms you may be experiencing. Remeron can be sedating and sometimes this side effect is used to the patient's advantage. A decrease in dose of Lexapro (escitalopram) is usually well tolerated and does not require a slow wean.
