I m a 40 year old male and started doing kegel after i found i have some post urine dribble. i only did kegels for a week and now think that i have damaged my anal sphincters or weakened my pelvic floor muscles. now i cannot control by bowel urgency (only

Hmm...: You may have hurt your sphincter muscles with too much clenching. They will probably repair themselves in 24-48 hours, just stop the clenching. Males don't need to do kegel exercises to prevent urine leakage. Since men don't have vaginal births there is no reason to have a weak pelvic floor. Dribbling is most likely caused by an enlarged prostate gland. See a urologist.
