Go see your doctor!: Time to go see your doctor for evaluation, diagnosis & treatment. Any recent trauma or injury? Unprotected sexual activity? Tobacco use? Epididymitis/orchitis, testicular torsion, inguinal hernia, etc can all cause testicular pain. Bladder & prostate infection can cause blood in urine. Bladder & testicular cancers don't usually cause testicular pain but former can cause blood in urine.
