Losing Weight: The only weight supplement that i would recommend is low or zero carb protein powder to use as a snack between meals. Mix with water and ice cubes in a blender or shaker bottle. Do not look for a magic pill to suppress your appetite. You are going to have to do some cardio to also lose weight especially those love handles.

Don't rely on : Supplements to lose weight. Spot fat loss does not occur naturally. By losing weight in general some will probably be ab; leg fat. But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy ; be physically active. Calories burned must > those consumed.
