Wanting to lose weight , mostly in my stomach but also in my legs. What weight lose supplements really work that you can get at wal mart or whatever?

Losing Weight: The only weight supplement that i would recommend is low or zero carb protein powder to use as a snack between meals. Mix with water and ice cubes in a blender or shaker bottle. Do not look for a magic pill to suppress your appetite. You are going to have to do some cardio to also lose weight especially those love handles.
