Epididymitis?: If the testicle is definitely enlarged or tender, you might have epididymitis -- the most common complication in men of gonorrhea or chlamydia. If in doubt, best to see a doctor. However, it has nothing to do with your genital wart (unless it's the wart itself that is rubbing and getting irritated).
