This is really Not : OK! She is suffering from chronic constipation ,so impacted, hopefully, not obstructed, that she is smelling like poop. Would not be surprised if she vomits poop!She needs to see peds GI and undergo aggressive treatment, diet modification and further work up for other causes!!!
