My 19 month old son nearly always has a runny nose and his poop smells like vomit, are these things related and should i be concerned about his poop?

Odor in feces: it is possible there may be some systemic issues occurring. i wonder if the child has a gut absorption problem and the feces is not being metabolized properly and thus your smelling this odor. Have a pediatrician check him out. He may analyze the poop for clues.
