Yes: Anyone having sex without condoms or birth control is at risk for pregnancy. There is sperm in preejaculatory fluid. Two weeks after a delivery is early for ovulation but its possible. Use over the counter Plan B if sex was within 72 hours to decrease the risk of unplanned pregnancy.
