Well i'm 40 weeks pregnant and i can't be induced due to the fact i'm going vaginally after two c-sections but my body don't know how to go in to labor on its own how can i get my water to break on its own and i'm already dilated 2 center meters?

Don't: Not sure why you are doing a trial of vaginal birth after 2 c sections. This is not a good idea as you are at an even higher rate of uterine rupture than someone after one c section.
