I had a feeling of pee was leaking out my penis but didnt. 3 weeks later my right testicle swelled up. Doctor said it was epididymitis.
Can infection in the epididymitis or elsewhere in the groin cause scrotal sac/testicle pain and soreness but NOT be detected by ultrasound or urinalysis? Have had my urine tested with an US, both of which were negative for infection?
