Swelling : Swelling can occur with epididymyitis. If you have persistent swelling, redness, if you get severe pain, fever, or vomiting then you must be seen as an emergency.

Orchiepididymitis: If you had the diagnosis of epididymitis, and now your testicles got swollen maybe the infection is affecting the testicle, and its known as orchiepididymitis. The treatment for these kind of affections is a long term use of antibiotics, often for three weeks as minimum. If you are diabetic or have another kind of inmunosupression its important to control it. You may need go to emergency room.
