I had anal fissure diagnosed after colonoscopy about 4 years back. reason 4 procedure: 1-time blood in stool. ok since, but anything i need to do now?

NO: Not sure i fully understand your question. If you are having no symptoms from your fissure that was found a year ago, then there is nothing else to do. It sounds like it has already healed.
