Canker sore: Tongue ulcer could be from a number of reasons not HIV .Canker sore -trauma et.Al HIV positive will cause a kaposi sarcoma of the palate. Hiv takes longer than 70 days to be validated .Protect or be suspect.

Continue testing: Up to 3 months, at which time the risk of your having HIV infection is very low. If you are overly concerned and willing to endure the cost you can be tested by pcr for HIV RNA and if negative, this should be confirmative. The tongue ulcer may well be syphilis. You should also be tested for other stds. Protect yourself in the future. You never know what your partner has.
