Probably not: But, if the ulcer has been there for 70 days, it definitely needs to be evaluated by someone familiar with oral lesions. I would suggest an oral surgeon or an ENT (ear, nose and throat) physician.

Ulcer: If you were tested over two months ago, now an ulcer appeared on your tongue. It is likely a canker sore which will go away in ten days. If your tongue has been ulcerated for two months, then the lesion is one of many sores in mouth, like lichen planis as one example. You need to see your dentist to diagnose, biospy, or treat.
