Can't say from text:: Blood and mucus mixed in the stool is worrying. We cannot diagnose it here from a brief description. You definitely need to be evaluated though to be sure it is not something serious. Parasites and cancer, along with IBS and colitis can all have this symptom. Since you feel fine that is reassuring! Agree with Dr. R: Any abnormal bleeding needs to be evaluated. If may be as simple as hemorrhoids but could be some thing serious too. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health! Nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
