No such thing: There isn't anything that increases "sexual appetite" in a healthy person. Lack of desire for sex can be due to medical issues, drug side-effects, psychological conflicts about sex, intimacy, or self-image, depression, lack of a suitable partner, or can occur without a known cause. The first step would be a checkup to rule out medical problems.
