Vaginal pain with sex can have a lot of causes. It is important your wife sees her gynecologist and has it evaluated. In the meantime, it is important to understand that intimate sexual relations involve a lot more than vaginal penetration and intimacy is increased with exploring the other expressions of intimacy. Best for the two of you to discuss this and explore this.
