Your oral hygiene programs has a 2 huge omissions. You didn't mention cleaning between your teeth, the 35% of tooth surface that a toothbrush can't reach. Not flossing or using a WaterPik daily = gum disease (infection) between teeth. The other omission is twice a year dental examinations/professional cleanings. There are good and just reasons for both. Please see a Dentist ASAP.
