Not used: From my knowledge, this refers more to a condition caused by scarring, or an excessively large mins fat pad. Neither of these problems can be treated with botox.

Nope: Retractile penis is rare; however, the incidence is increasing in the us due to the rise in obesity. Weight loss helps in these cases. Overly aggresive circumcision can lead to a retractile penis, but this is cased by scarring, and Botox relaxes muscles, not scars. Congenital retratile penis is less common, but also will not respond to botox.
