A member asked:

Will botox on the forehead reduce the effect of acupuncture?

Not likely: Current research shows some support for the use of acupuncture in the treatment of certain types of pain and in the treatment of post-operative nausea. Botox acts to disrupt the communication between motor (movement) nerves and the muscles they innervate. Botox does not affect pain fibers and in theory, should not interfere with acupuncture.
