BOTOX: represents a new option in the management of headaches, neck pains, and chronic pain syndromes but more studies are needed to confirm their efficacy in these areas.

Off label: tgus is considered an off label indication. If your pain is due to muscle spasm, this could be of benefit. If however it is due to another cause such as arthritis, bone spur, pinched nerve, herniated disc, etc...it may be of little or no help. It is therefore important to get an accurate diagnosis, prior to treatment.

Neck pain: If the neck pain is due to chronic and significant neck muscle contraction, a carefully directed Botox injection into that specific muscle would potentially be helpful. This would be an off label use, unless it is true Torticollis. Talk to your doctor.
