No : Although warts belong to the same family of viruses, human papilloma virus, there are may types of this virus. The ones on your feet differ from your genital warts. However, be careful not to get them on your hands, because the skin of the palm of your hands is the same as the sole of your feet.

Not likely: Spray your shoes with lysol. It kills the virus. Warts on the foot are not the same as genital warts.

Warts : Are viral and can spread. Leaving out the fetish aspect, i would encourage you to have the warts treated, be done with them. Then, you don't have to worry spreading the warts.

You should be fine: Enjoy your sexuality -- no two guys are the same. Plantar wart HPV's usually don't produce genital warts, but you'd be doing yourself a favor if you do use a lysol spray. Even better -- get those plantar warts treated.
