I had chlamydia a month ago and was on flagyl and took azithromycin pdr but only finished half of the flagyl. i still have symptoms. am i still sick?

Of course: If you still have symptoms you have not been cured, but the question is then, of what? You may or may not have more things than chlamydia. Go back to your doctor and be reevaluated.
