Ache: Treating underlying BV should help in symptoms. Also be sure to avoid sugars, carbs, and all gluten. Drink 100% cranberry juice diluted with water & stevia to help keep urine acidic to avoid UTIs, as well. Drink plenty of water. Do you smoke & how much do you weigh? These factors can affect urinary symptoms also.
