=YES to UTI: It is just fungal, which does not flag on most dipstick tests, requires microscopic evaluation--or just telling Dr about white, gooey clumps and will likely call it fungal and provide treatment. Does indicate risk for diabetes and/or immune problem (?locally, like having STD or ?systemically, like other issue). Needs evaluated to see what problem is.
