Maybe: Genital herpes can be passed to the oral route. If he has put the penis in the vagina you can get it theoretically even if no breakout. If he performs cunnilingus and then kisses you after having usual sex then the answer is yes. Best method is to stick to usual sex route and have him take suppression or use condoms. If you perform fellatio you can still get it Best wishes.
