Dermatitis: Itching of the skin with redness and bumps usually represents a form of dermatitis. A Dermatologist or primary care physician can evaluate your skin to diagnose exactly what the problem is. Trying different creams by trial and error may cure the problem, but only by accident. Get some professional help with the problem, that way an accurate diagnosis can be made
