Yikes!: Are the thin red worm-looking things moving? You are bleeding from your colon. This could be an infection, or the beginnings of inflammatory bowel disease. Get care *immediately.* You need comprehensive lab work (CBC-d, autoimmune & coag panel, LFTs, stool culture & microscopy), preliminary imaging & most likely a colonoscopy. Practice thorough hand washing & check for similar symptoms in family.
