May be normal : Firstly, it is normal to have testicles that are different sizes. Reasons why one could appear to change size is fluid around it, that could be the result of a normal reaction after inguinal hernia repair. Several things : This can be normal and possible that it might be a fluid collection. If is alsobpossibk that the Venus that drain the testicje are encroached by mesh and the blood can't empty well. You can also have a hydrocele. Go see your doctor. He may do an ultrasound. Www.Drlugo.Com
