May be normal : Firstly, it is normal to have testicles that are different sizes. Reasons why one could appear to change size is fluid around it, that could be the result of a normal reaction after inguinal hernia repair. If its still bothering you or enlarged after six months, see your surgeon for an exam. Hope this helps!

Several things : This can be normal and possible that it might be a fluid collection. If is alsobpossibk that the Venus that drain the testicje are encroached by mesh and the blood can't empty well. You can also have a hydrocele. Go see your doctor. He may do an ultrasound. Www.Drlugo.Com

Some size: discrepancy could be normal. Difficult to say what is the exact cause without knowing more detail, but show it to your surgeon He will have a better answer for you.
