Penile Flow: The most likely cause is a stricture or narrowing of the urethra. Did you even have a kidney stone? Urinary instrumentation? A previously treated std? Is the penis "crooked?" peronies disease could cause this: http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmedhealth/pmh0002257/. Does your urologist have no theories?
