I am 27 year old. i am getting pink blood spots from vagina for18 days , i have 33mm ovaries and have polycystic ovarian syndrome. do i get pregnancy?

Not sure: 33 mm is normal for ovaries if you have PCO you need to have 4 regular periods a year to keep healthy. spotting may mean nothing, but do a preg test and if negative make sure your doc helps you have a period every few months
