Inside my vagina, 2inch up i feel something hard hanging down, no peirod 8 years but lately had spots of blood and smelly discharge, what u think it is?

Various issues...: Mary: you may have an element of prolapse--a dropped bladder or uterus; that's what you may be feeling inside. You are only 39 yet you have had no period for 8years & have spotting now--i would contact my gyn for a complete gyn evaluation, bloodwork, a sonogram of your uterus & possible testing of uterine lining. Odor can be from old blood or a vaginitis. A full gyn exam is warranted in your case.
