No.: Anal cancer is very rare, especially in an 18 year old, but hemmorrhoids, anal fissure (constipation?) and anal warts/HPV would all cause those symptoms. Also, anal infection with strep (if exposed to strep throat) or yeast infection (if on recent antibiotics or exposure to yeast vaginitis). Contact to chemicals or perfume in TP can cause itching. Good luck. You may need to get checked out.

Exam: These symptoms could be caused for many reasons. You may have a healing fissure or hemrrhoids. The best way to sort this out is to have an exam of the area which may involve a proctoscopic test. Have stools collected for parasites. It is unlikely that it is cancer.
