On depo shot-since i can't go by period, if i suspect i'm pregnant how many weeks after sex can i take a test and be sure that the results are 100%?

4 weeks: Using a first morning urine, a test will always be positive 4 weeks after sex if pregnancy occurred. However, pregnancy is very rare when using the Depo-Provera shot.
