My boyfriend came in me. how long do i wait to take a pregnancy test? i'm on birth control. i take the depo shot. i haven't got my period at all.

About three weeks: You may do a pregnancy test in about three weeks. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.

As long as you're getting your depo shot every three months, you shouldn't be able to get pregnant. It's a very effective method, but if you're not getting the injection on time then I'd be worried. It's okay to not get periods with the depo provera, but if you're feeling nauseous or you feel your breasts getting tender, then you could well be pregnant.
