May be...: What described may result from developing an infected sebaceous cyst, which may take 4-7 days to burst & drain to "heal" or require incision / drainage, is not sex-related, and may recur. Of course, without a direct look at it, it would be hard to make an accurate Dx. So, if still in doubt and / or not evolving as described, see Doc timely. Best luck...
