Took a tick out of scrotum, accidentally left head inside. wound closed but left a tiny hard red numb. what do i do?

Minor: If it is bothering you a dermatologist or a general surgeon or a urologist can take it out. They will numb the skin and it will have a couple of stitches which will dissolve. The numbing will burn just for a few seconds. After that it is painless. It is nothing serious. Good luck.
