Follow your doctor: You had the 'same' results six months after a normal pap smear. Sometimes there will be cells on a pap test that are different in ways that are not typical and do not represent disease. Given they do not follow the typical description of disease they should just be acknowledged but then the routine pap testing schedule for follow up will be the next best step. You have nothing here to worry about.

Nothing immediate to: This pap test says that you have no indications of cancer or precancer cells. So you can relax and not be too concerned. You should follow the advice of your gynecologist who had done your pap tests...What is his/her advice? Share with us. From my perspective you should do your follow up pap tests once yearly, yet I am curious about the advice of your gynecologist.
