Male, 21 years old. noticed a lump on my left testicle that seems to be attached by some tube or vein, only hurts when squeezed. was wondering opinion?

Scrotal mass: Scrotal masses can be many things from a cyst, a dilated vein, a tumor, or more. There's no way of knowing what the mass is without a thorough evaluation and ultrasound. You should see your primary care physician to get evaluated and a urologist for follow up asap.
