Squishy lump on bottom of testicle. it feels like it's full of veins, and i never notice it there before. is this a testicular lump?

It is best to see MD: There are several things that can be there and one is called varicocele, another is spermatocele. Have it examined by the doctor, i can assure it will give better peace of mind.

Possible varicocele: Feels like a 'bag of worms' in left scrotum when standing erect, disappears when lying down. Very common. Very common. Worth consuklting urologist if left testis also smaller than right.
