Trichomonas: This is a sexually transmitted disease, and it is possible that you have more than just trichomonas. It can increase the risk of getting or spreading other stds. For example, trichomoniasis can cause genital inflammation that makes it easier to get infected with the HIV virus, or to pass the HIV virus on to a sex partner. Go back, see a doctor, get tested. It would be unusual to have oral infect.
