Did you take the: Plan b within 72 hours of the episode of vaginal intercourse. Potential side effects w emergency contraception include menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period). Take pregnancy test ; notify dr if your period is 7 or > days late. There is a good chance this is due to use of plan b.

Do not think so : I am not aware of any connection between celiac disease, which primarily involves gluten intolerance and causes diarrhea, and sciatica. Sciatica is usually caused by edema around this nerve or pinching of the nerve.

Talk with your doc: Any medicine can upset your stomach and cause stomach pains -- including birth control pills. I'm worried because you mentioned breathing problems. Please talk with your doctor right away. Stomach pain and trouble breathing could be acid reflux. But it could also be more serious. Chest pain, shortness of breath, and severe leg pain can be signs of blood clots. Please get help!

See a doctor: Upper respiratory infections are usually caused by a virus and they are usually gone after 5-7 days. If symptoms are persisting for over 7 days its time to get an doctor's examination. Sometimes a viral URI will develop a secondary bacterial infection which will be relieved with prescription antibiotics. A doctor can also swab the throat and check for streptoccocal infection.

No: Birth control pills may protect you from pelvic inflammatory disease but will not protect you from hiv.
