Hard to tell: You do not say where in your cycle you were when you had unprotected sex so the liklihood of pregnancy is not known. So the best advice i can give is just wait and see if you misss your period. The hormones you took will put you out of whack and can cause a discharge and bleeding. Now you have to wait and see if you have a period or not. If you don't take a pregnancy test.

Emergency: Contraceptives side effects can include spotting or bleeding, changes in menstrual flow or your period may be late or early. So, your spotting does not mean that you are pregnant. The only 100% way that a woman knows she is not pregnant after taking an emergency contraceptive is when she gets her actual period. Take care.
