Maybe. Maybe not.: Plan B or other emergency contraception pills can alter the menstrual bleeding (or spotting) for the cycle in which the pills were taken, and sometimes the next cycle too. One should be sure to check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex, to confirm non-pregnancy. A person use a truly reliable "Plan A" contraceptive method, if very worried about getting pregnant.

No: Generally, no. Pregnancy does cause sleep related problems, most notably due to discomfort and/or anxiety, and this can increase problems with depression. After delivery, sleep deprivation can add to this. Good mental health includes personal time, exercise and nutrition and deficiencies in any one do increase your risk.

Probably not: In younger women congestive dysmenorrhea can be very severe just before and the first 1-2 days of the cycle. If the symptoms are so severe consider using oral contraceptives which will relieve the symptoms. Talk to your gynecologist about it.

Not necessarily: Painful ovulation can potentially be caused by a large preovulation cyst, or a small amount of blood was released during ovulation, or scar tissue being present around the ovary. Subsequent menstruation may not be painful.
