Hi, i took an emergency contraception pill on april 29, no more than 24 hours of unprotected sex. ive done pregnancy tests then every 2 days till today and all of them were negative. but my period is already 12 days late. can i still be pregnant?

It is unlikely at this point given your story. But consider a final pregnancy test in 1-2 weeks just to confirm.

If you had conceived from sexual contact on April 29 your pregnancy test would be positive by now. Assuming no sexual contact since then (protected or not) it is likely your cycle has been disrupted by the emergency contraception. You should see your gynecologist if you have still not had your period in another month.
