Is bad to masturbate when you have sinusitis or does it help clear your sinuses?

No effect: Masturbation should have not effect on one with sinusitis. If you are one who gets nasal stuffiness with sexual excitement, then one could have a temporary issue with the sinusitis. Treat the sinusitis as usual and masturbate as you feel the need and as you are comfortable.
