I have sinusitis bad and yesterday developed stomach pain and vomitted...i could feel it drawing mucous from my sinuses...afterward i felt great and now have less of a sinus issue....so did the hcl kill something in my sinuses???

The chances any HCL from your vomiting episode reached and killed anything in the sinus cavities is close to zero. Any improvement was a coincidence.

Why would sinusitis be a symptom of LPR since LPR only causes stomach contents to go up the Larynx. Aren't the sinuses well above the Larynx?
